You will identify individual strengths and weaknesses and leave with action steps you can take to expand your leadership effectiveness. At this presentation you will:

• Identify the gap between your current reality and your future desired reality as a leader
• Learn the five reasons people don’t do what we want them to do
• Learn about the four communication styles and the basics of style flexing to each of the four styles
• Leave with an understanding of a multitude of leadership characteristics which you can immediately begin practicing
Speaker Donna Craig
Donna is the owner of LEADERSHIP Resources. She believes people are the greatest resource for building strong organizations. Her business helps people set and achieve goals, become self-motivated and develop more productive mental attitudes. Donna is adamant about providing specific and measurable results for her clients. She partners with her clients to help them continuously measure progress toward an improvement in their performance.
Donna understands organizational development, growth and management. She has spent more than twenty years honing her skills in the areas of sales, management, recruiting and people development. After affiliating with a franchise office of Leadership Management, Inc. (LMI) in 1994, she established LEADERSHIP Resources as an affiliate office of LMI in 1999. LMI and LEADERSHIP Resources provide one of the most effective development processes in their industry. LMI has for over 40 years been developing effective leaders in business and industry. Parking info: Access to parking is under the building between 13th and 14th Street on either Main or Walnut. Push the call button and announce you are with IFMA. Please park in a visitor space or any other unmarked space. Take the elevator with the glass vestibule to the Lobby.

- Non-Members registration fee is the normal Non-Member ($30) fee.
- Our regular registration cancellation policy is applicable. (ie. If we do not receive your registration cancelation by Fri May 14, you will be billed for the meeting).
Due to catering order requirements, registrations/RSVPs must be received by (or cancelled by) 11:30am Friday May 14th (48 business hours before the Program Meeting). Cancellations not received by the deadline will be charged/billed for the meeting.
If your registration is not received by the deadline, we will not be able to provide you with food or drink.We do, however, encourage you to attend.To do so, please bring your own lunch, pay the regular program fee at the door by cash or check and join us at the meeting.
