Monthly Program Meetings Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Full refunds are available for event registration payments if notification of cancellation is given at least 48 hours before the Program Meeting start date and time.  Refunds will be in the form of a credit for a future meeting.  Members may select “Registration, Pay by Pay Pack” to receive their credit.  Guests may select “Registration, Pay at the Door” and will receive an e-mail letter to present in lieu of cash at the meeting.  Please note in the comments section “meeting credit”.

- Membership dues and donations are handled through IFMA International Headquarters and non-refundable.

1/2 Day Education Seminar - Conservation Strategies for Facility Managers
- Cancellations received before April 8th will receive full refund.  Cancellations received after April 8th will receive 50% refund.

Golf Outing Refund Policy
-We appreciate your participation in the KC IFMA Golf Tournament as this is our Annual Scholarship Fund Raiser.  All proceeds all go to the KC IFMA Scholarship Fund, therefore no refunds can be granted. 

Anniversary '07 Refund Policy
- Full refunds are available for event registration if notification of cancellation is given by Fri Dec 7th.  All proceeds from those registered but were not able to attend nor cancel prior to Fri Dec 7th, will go very appreciatively to the KCIFMA scholarship fund.
